Fastrack is the only bonding agent specifically designed for ICF (developed by CICFS, LLC for the Caribbean market) and we combined this with the Sider Crete ICF finishing solutions. The Fastrack agent provides a very strong mechanical bond or adherence for the power base which is also reinforced with a high-grade 4.5 oz open-weave glass fabric mesh treated against the effects of the alkali contained in cement-base coatings, providing impact resistance and tensile strength. After applying the power base with the mesh you can either paint or apply an exterior finishing (Sider Plast) that comes with the color of your preference which is treated against mold with a ten year warranty from the manufacturer. The end result is a solid and firm ICF finishing which will not crack.
